The Temporary End Of Knitting In The Round

Yesterday was one of those bad knitting days. First my scrunchie was a failure. When I was halfway through my second try, the needle pulled off the screw on cord, stripping the threads.

I have had this set less than a week and paid $35 for it. To say I am mad is an understatement.

I foresaw this issue. Just days prior, I asked my significant other if he would order me a set that is connected, not screw in. 😁 I am a thinker. 🤓

So, now that I am stalled on making products for my store, I finished this cute baby hat for a friend who is about to have her first granddaughter!

Yesterday I am so bought ribbon for my gender bears. So, my little homeless bear got an upgrade. I took the scarf off and put a little blue ribbon on him. I think it increased his cuteness.

So, while I fume over my circular needle set, I went back to working with straight needles. I am working on a faux fur rimmed baby hat. A little style for a newborn. I only have 2 more days to pout before my new set shows up in the mail.
