My new phone was supposed to arrive yesterday. It became clear that was not going to be the case… when it hadn’t shipped yet.

I spoke to customer service, and they looked into the issue. Apparently, the payment was processed slowly. It is what it is.

The status was updated almost immediately after the discussion, and it shipped.

May 23rd

The status is updated for it to deliver today. True to form, it has made it to Michigan and awaits being sent out for delivery.

I am so grateful my new personal phone will be here before my birthday in two days!
