I had to run up to Wild Bill’s to grab vape pods. Nothing made me happier than seeing the look on her face when she saw me. She announced loudly that she had great news to share. She told me all about her wedding in just over a month.

Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the happiness of others. The absolute glow she had just made me smile. Through a pain haze, frustration with my day, and some minor depression, I smiled. She said she will have photos to show me when I see her next, and I truly hope so. She is always such a wound-up ball of happiness. She has lovely customer serviceability. I’m sure it comes naturally.

She made this small moment much less small. It had an impact, and I am grateful I went in.
