Each letter is a chance for someone to show themselves a little self-love and self-care by asking for help when they need it most!
If that isn’t the best definition of meeting yourself where your love and care combine, I don’t know what is!
My name is Angela, and I am a peer supporter for those struggling with their mental health.
It is my goal to bring a little positivity into the world through art, kindness, and showing people love when they need it most.
I am the person I needed when I was at my lowest.

Letters of Care Disclaimer
All letters are free, no strings attached. However, I want to make it clear what happens with the information you submit in the form and how it is processed through my website.
All information submitted is saved in the forms section on this website. I delete all information received once a letter has been shipped.
Like with any website, submitting your information comes with risk. I use the WordPress.com paid Business tier to host my website.
While I do make sure to delete personally identifiable information immediately after a letter is shipped, it is important to be aware that risk still exists when submitting this information online.
I do everything within my power to hold your information digitally only for as long as I need it to complete the request.

The envelope is dark blue and has Sketchual Healing branding present on it.
Tracking is not used when shipping Letters of Care. Keep that in mind. I cannot guarantee how cooperative the United States Postal Service will be when delivering your letter.
Some have gotten lost in the past.
